Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.
Ralph Degand is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Ralph Degand is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or carrier-related issues.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
We will do our best to assist you in resolving shipping issues whenever possible.
International Shipping & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country.
Customs processing times may delay delivery and are outside of our control.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:
- The shipping box
- The product packaging
- The damaged item
We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
