At Ralph Degand, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
